mental health Therapist & certified alcohol and drug counselor

Who do you work with?
I work with adults (18+) navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges and move toward greater clarity, healing, and purpose.

What is your approach to therapy?
I take a compassionate, strengths-based approach that helps clients process difficult experiences, better understand themselves, and reconnect with what matters most. I draw from research-supported approaches including CBT, DBT-informed techniques, mindfulness practices, and Brainspotting-informed techniques. Together, we’ll build on your resilience, explore your values, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence, balance, and self-compassion.

What is your background?
I began my career in healthcare before earning my bachelor’s degree and later my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). My clinical experience includes providing individual and couples counseling to adults through telehealth and working in inpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, and other complex mental health needs. These experiences have strengthened my passion for helping people heal, grow, and rediscover their strengths.

What do you do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and staying active through walking and running. These activities help me stay grounded, recharge, and appreciate life’s simple moments.
