  • Couples Therapy

    Counseling that helps partners improve their relationship by addressing communication issues, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their emotional connection.   • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

    A therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma or distressing life experiences. During EMDR, a therapist guides the client in recalling traumatic memories while simultaneously engaging in a series of rhythmic eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation. This process helps reprocess the memories, reducing their emotional charge and allowing the individual to integrate them more adaptively. EMDR is often used to treat PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related conditions.
